Crawl space moisture control is a specific discipline. The conditions under a house — limited access, high humidity, organic materials, proximity to soil — require specialized assessment and installation methods that are different from general home repair.
We focus on this work because doing it well requires real expertise and appropriate equipment. We don't do crawl spaces as one of twenty unrelated services. We do crawl spaces — and we do them right.
How We Approach Every Job
We inspect before we recommend. Every homeowner call starts with an in-person inspection — not a phone quote and a price list. We need to see what's actually in your crawl space before we can tell you what it needs.
After the inspection, we explain what we found in plain terms and give you a written recommendation. We tell you what we think the crawl space needs, and what we don't think it needs. If you don't need full encapsulation, we'll tell you that.
